Buyer’s Inspections
Purchasing a home is one of the most important choices we make in life. We will perform an impartial and in-depth investigation of the property discovering any faults or needed repairs.
Pre-listing / Sellers Inspections
This Inspection concerns our clients who want to list a property to sell. Before placing a home on the market it is important to be completely aware of things that need to be replaced, refurbished, or repaired. This permits you to list the home with full knowledge of the homes current condition and true value.
New Construction Inspections
This type of inspection is performed before the completion of a building contract. By having a thorough examination performed by an unbiased professional inspector you can discover any problems that need to be addressed before completion of the building contract. This can prevent you from paying for later repairs due to sub-par work by the builder.
Home Maintenance Inspections
A Home Maintenance Inspection is for current homeowners that wish to know any issues or future causes for concern their home may have. We will assist you in performing an in-depth walkthrough and alert you to anything that needs immediate attention or could cause major issues in the future.
WDO/Termite Inspections

Re-inspections
After the completion of an initial inspection, we will return to make certain that anything uncovered has been addressed or repaired correctly. This will give you peace of mind that all the problems uncovered have been addressed to the best standards possible.

This service gives the construction loan lender current knowledge on the construction timeline. Our inspections check that the builder is using the suitable funds and meeting the correct deadlines with the agreed-upon Companies then disperse the appropriate funds at the correct time based on the inspection results.
Commercial Building/Property Inspections
Much like a buyer’s inspection, we will complete an in-depth walkthrough and examination of the commercial property to reveal any issues, needed repairs, or causes for concern. Our inspectors have the commercial experience necessary to find any problems that are present.
Well and Septic Inspections
If the house you are looking at has a Well and Septic you should have those systems inspected to make sure you won’t have any issues with your water or septic functionality. With this service we will inspect the Septic System, Well, and perform water testing on the water.
Well Inspection
With a Well inspection we will check the functionality of the Well as well as test the water. Performing a water test on a home is of utmost importance to make sure water is safe to consume.
Septic Inspection
We begin by examining the liquid level inside the septic tank. We then run water into the tank by flushing toilets and running water. The liquid level of the tank is rechecked, and, when possible, we check the sludge level in the tank and the exit pipe siphon valve. We identify drain lines to determine how the drainage system is set up, and, by taking core samples, the drainfield is checked for sludge, which is a sign of system distress, and proper absorption of liquid.
Tools and Technologies
We use Thermal Imaging, Moisture Meter, Carbon Monoxide Detector, and Gas Leak Detector to assist us during our inspection and better gather valuable information about your home. These tools allow us to find faults or issues not easily seen with the human eye.
