One of the best home inspectors you could ever find. 5 hours of thorough inspection, not many inspectors will take that much of his time to check each and every detail of the house. He even carries infrared camera. Dave is a professional inspector who takes his job very seriously. I am lucky to have him as my home inspector. Thank you Dave.
